Your picnic is reserved for 2 hours. We will charge $45 per hour beyond this time frame. If you would like to leave before your two hours is up, please contact your picnic coordinator.
We prefer at least 1 - 2 weeks notice. If our schedule allows we can book with 48-72 hours notice. Our services book up pretty fast, so the more notice you can provide, the better we can serve you! Weekends get booked up the fastest, so notify us as soon as you can. Custom picnics may need up to 5 - 7 days to prepare for, depending on the extent of the customization.
We have several neutral themes and color schemes that work great for most occasions. If there is a specific color(s) that you'd like to incorporate we can discuss how to bring those elements into your picnic design at the time of booking.
Requests for a custom designed picnics will incur additional fees for consultation as determined at the time of booking.

Here are some suggestions for great locations, but ultimately the choice is yours! Let us know what location you prefer and we will do our best to accommodate your location request and if you would like for us to choose a location for you we can do that also. Please note that there may be an extra fee depending on how difficult it is to get to the location, distance to the location, or any parking fees. We prefer locations be within 50 yards from vehicle access, and may not be able to accommodate the request if we are not able to get our equipment to the requested area. We can also assemble your picnic inside your home or in your backyard, front yard, patio, etc.
Only your amazing picnic setup is included in the price. You bring your own food and drinks, however, we do supply all plates, napkins, cutlery, and a wine bucket with ice if you need it to keep your drinks cold. We will also provide complimentary bottled waters. Wine/Champagne can be added to your package price. We are considering adding a food option in the future so check back a bit later for an update!
A Simply Inspired Picnics representative will meet you at your picnic location and then leave you to enjoy your allotted time. We return once the picnic reservation ends for clean up and take down. Simply Inspired Picnics representatives are available by text or call if you need us for any reason during your picnic. Client support contact information will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, but please notify us if you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time. You are responsible for the picnic items until a Simply Inspired Picnics representative arrives to pack them up. You will be charged for the cost of any missing items.
Once your picnic is confirmed, a $75 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your date. The remaining balance is due in full 72 hours before your scheduled picnic. If you need to cancel your date, you must inform us and reschedule a new date within 3 days. If there is no notification of cancellation, intent of rescheduling or change in venue a minimum of 48 hours hours prior to the event date, unfortunately, no refunds of any kind will be provided.
In the case of rain, you have up to 48 hours prior to the Event to decide if you would like to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event. You will have a 3 month limit following the cancelled event for rescheduling and must be of equal value. Your original payment amount will be applied toward this rescheduled event if it is within 3 months of the original event date. If there is no notification of cancellation, intent of rescheduling or change in venue a minimum of 48 hours hours prior to the event date, unfortunately, no refunds of any kind will be provided. Please note: In the case the weather forecast predicts rain, we will not assemble the picnic outdoors. Other arrangements may be made to assemble at an indoor location of your choice. There may be an additional fee depending upon the distance from the original location.
We are happy to clean up after you- that’s part of our service, but if there is irreparable damage to our equipment, the contact for the picnic will be notified and the credit card on file will be charged for damaged or missing items.

Step 2: Complete the form on the Contact tab to let us know what package you’re interested in, desired theme, and your requested date and time of your picnic. We will e-mail you within 24 hours to confirm or discuss other available dates/times and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Once we have contacted you and confirmed your event, we will then refer you to the Book Your Package section on the website where you will pay for and secure your picnic.
Step 4: You’re all set! We will send you an email confirming your payment, and all other details of your event. Enjoy your picnic!
